This brand new apartment is nestled among hillside greenery between the towns of Caguas and Cidra with view of the hills and valley. It's located in a very private residential area with remote control access. You can be in San Juan in 30 minutes and to golf course ranges in 45 minutes. We are located very close to major business companies, for those who are looking for a place to stay while on business trips.

We are centrally located in the hills with easy access to the North, East, or West areas of the island. In this area you will be in close contact with flora and fauna, yet 10 minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers. The Jardin Botanico and Moisty park just opened, 10 min. from here.

You have free internet access with DSL communication. Your hosts Mara and Lazaro will make every effort to make your stay a comfortable one and provide you with island information. We found the information on this property to be accurate. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The property is located with a beautiful scenic view The owners, Mara and Lazaro, were friendly, hospitable, and helpful with providing directions. My dad and I would highly recommend it.

El Conuco Experience

My partner and I were looking for a place to stay in Puerto Rico and after searching through endless hotel listings with varying ratings, a friend suggested that we look for a rental place instead. We took their advice and stumbled across this little beauty; El Conuco. We loved it! It's quiet, cozy and felt like home. The proprietors are very nice, easy to get along with and if you need anything they are there. They will even give you a courtesy call if they haven't seen you for a couple of days, just to make sure you're alright. Overall, it was worth every penny and the next time we visit Puerto Rico, we will be staying there again. When you lodge at El Conuco, be sure to pet Dixie! (their dog)

Away From It All

Mara and her husband Lazaro were the best hosts. They were their for us if we needed anything yet gave us our space and privacy. The apartment is located in a gated community so it's safe. It's located far enough from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to it. The apartment itself was very clean and most importantly...cheap!

Gorgeous and Peaceful

This rental is the ultimate in everything vacation. It has all you can ask for and more. A personal little hideaway for those that like to get away from it all and, yet be a stone's throw away from the city. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation. The additions Mara supplied such as a few cans of cold drinks in the fridge, the avocado she gave me from her avocado tree, her beautiful artwork that she displays in the apartment, her and her husband Lazaro's friendliness and kindness are indicative of their willingness to share all that is good with others. Thank you so much Mara and Lazaro!

A little piece of heaven

This apartment is wonderful to just get away from it all and relax but is still central to so many different parts of Puerto Rico for those who like to be on the go. The views are spectacular and the sounds of nature really make you realize how special this place is. The apartment has everything you need plus some. The owners are very sweet, friendly people and will make sure you feel at home. For the golfer - there is a great golf course 1 exit down (Caguas Real Country Club) and at the same exit is a Casino at the Sheraton for the gamers in the group. The highway is central to so many parts of Puerto Rico which makes this location perfect for those wanting to explore various cities like Ponce, Humacoa, Palmas Del Mar and so on. I would recommend it to any single or couple looking for an affordable and scenic Puerto Rico vacation.
