This is beautiful 'Lake Tarpon Villa's' Condominiums. This fully- furnished condominium is located in a lagoon like setting on Lake Tarpon, ten minutes east of some of the most popular sandy white Gulf beaches and Sunsets in the world. This lovely complex is surrounded by water and boardwalks, a notable feature for peace and tranquility! This second floor condominium comes with a heated pool, 6 person jacuzzi, and exercise room. The condo rear patio overlooks the pool area and boat dock where your own private 2006 19-foot pontoon boat awaits your arrival! The master bedroom is spacious and has its own patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a Trundle bed that splits into 2 single beds for guests. Lake Tarpon is approximately five miles long and three miles wide, perfect for bass fishing and water skiing. This condo is one of 40 units and is secluded from the busy Gulf beaches and traffic, yet close to shopping malls, restaurants, and Disney Resorts

Information on the Pontoon Boat: The condo rental pricing is based on the condo alone. The boat is not figured into the rental of the unit, rather it is an extra amenity for our guests to use after a orientation and check ride by the owner or their associates. The 2006 pontoon boat has scheduled maintenance times during the year depending on its usage. Boat usage is is limited to daytime use only. No skiing or tubing is permitted.

Dinner & Sightseeing Cruises: Guests that stay with us have special rates on cruising and sightseeing events. Request information if you are interested.

Helicopter Rides: Guests that stay with us have the opportunity to fly the area via helicopter. For a true adventure vacation, inquire during your stay.

Golf: Numerous PGA championship golf courses are nearby. Innisbrook Golf Club is 4 blocks south of the unit.

Other Activities: Private Dinner Cruises and Helicopter tours available

My husband and I spent two weeks at this condo in 10/09 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo was sparkling clean and had many extras that made our visit enjoyable - beach toys, beach towels, hair dryers, etc. The pool was great as was the hot tub. The pontoon that came with the condo was a lot of fun and the little alligator that lived in the canal was fun to watch.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

wonderful getaway place

The place was beautiful and just what we expected. It was perfectly cleaned and orderly.It was great to have the use of a boat to go on the lake and fish.The owners were very accomidating. The owners had a blow dryer,shampoo and conditioners and soaps for the laundry & dishwasher already there. There were beach towels and beach toys for the kids to use at the beach. There was a laundry room near the pool. I would recommend this place to friends.We traveled to a beach every other day. We were very close to several beaches. The 3 boys liked Clearwater Beach the best. We went all the way up from Howards beach down to Clearwater Beach and in between with no problems. The place had a grill that we used several times. The people that lived there year round were very friendly. The pool and hot tub area were great. We expecially liked that the owners let us clean before we left instead of adding in a cleaning fee after we left.

We had a great time in the condo at Palm Harbor, everything was perfect. If you forgot something from home, it was there for you. We had access to shopping, fun and leisure times whenever we wanted it. The boat was a great ride and fun fishing in the lake. The wildlife was fun to watch too. The pool and hottub were the cleanest I have every been in anywhere we have been. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There were no late night noises to wake us and we got good quality sleep in the condo. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. thanks so much Ann and Char
