Outstanding location on beautiful Lake Winnisquam with a panoramic view of the mountains and the lake. Large, open concept house, gracefully accommodates 2-3 families, perfect for a Reunion or Retreat. Large, fully-equipped kitchen hosts a breakfast bar as well as a lg dining table. There are 2 full baths and 1 half bath with W/D. The lower level has 1 Q bed and a large Rec room with comfortable seating and TV/VCR/DVD, as well a wood stove. The main level has a MBR and BR with Jacuzzi and a half-bath. The 2nd floor has 1 full bath and 3 BDRs. The 1st BR has a Queen bed. The 2nd Bedroom is 2 rooms adjoined by an opening. The first room has 2 bunks. These bunks each have a double bed on bottom and single on top. The back BR also has 1 Queen bed. This home boasts a private beach and a lg dock. Rent a boat for a day or a weekend at the Winnisquam Marina. The property is also adjacent to a quiet neighborhood beach. Great year-round with foliage, outlet shopping/skiing/snowmobiling.

    Internet Access is available during June through October, Off season access can be added for an additional cost
    Dock will be available for boats from June through October unless other wise agreed upon
    Rental periods are based on a per night stay
    Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
    Weekend periods are Friday to Sunday
  • Gratuities for the cleaners is not mandatory but would be appreciated
