Located in the PGA Village, this villa offers everything the golfer could wish for. There are three golf courses in the Village. There are two Fazio courses, north and south and one Dye course. There is an excellent golf training center. The villa is located within walking distance of the clubhouse and the complimentary short game course. Located adjacent to the villa is a swimming pool and hot tub. The villa features two bedrooms, one with 2 queen size beds and one with two full size beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath and a private balcony. There are full appliances in kitchen connected to the living room. There are 3 TV sets, one in each bedroom and a HDTV in the living room with expanded digital cable and sports package. Many golf courses, restaurants, supermarkets and beverage stores are located within easy driving distance. The Mets Spring Training Camp is located 2 miles away. For Mets fans, Mets Spring Training takes place at Tradition Field, 2 miles away.

Mets Spring Training: Mets Spring Training takes place at Tradition Field which is a short 2 minute drive from the condo. Mets fan will enjoy the proximity to the field and all of the great Mets players.

32' HDTV with Expanded Digital and Sports: We've replaced the old TV set with a modern 32' HDTV. We've upgraded the cable to expanded digital with the sports entertainment tier. This tier features NFL network, Fox College Sports channels, Fox Soccer, Golf TV, NBA TV, CBS Sports Network, NHL Network and Big Ten Network.

Golf: PGA Village boasts three championship courses, two Fazio courses and one Dye course. The training center is an excellent value, where you hit golf balls all day for one low fee. Besides the driving range, there is a putting green, chipping area and different types of sand shots. The instructors are excellent. Within a half hours drive are over a dozen courses for all levels of playing ability.

Nancy's condo is perfect for walking down to the Golf Club and is in a convenient spot for exploring Florida's Treasure Coast as highway access is close by.

A spacious and comfortable condo in a nice quiet setting overlooking the pool. Amenities were good. We found it a great place to escape a Vancouver Winter. Stayed a month and would have stayed on another month if the condo had been available. We'll definitely return to Nancy's condo in the future. Thank you for all your help Nancy !

The location is perfect, right next to the pool. The condo is very comfortable, spacious and well stocked.
The only downside to our stay was that we had to wait 4 days for a plumber in order to use the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The owner alluded to making it up to us because we ended up dining out so much, but all we got back was our basic security deposit.
All communication with the owner was prompt and pleasant.
