PERFECT LOCATION: minutes from Area Ski Resorts (8 mi to Camelback) , Mt Airy CASINO (7 miles), Camel Beach Water Park (8 mi) , Outlet shopping (8 mi) and much more. THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL: Private/Wooded lot. Cozy wood burning fireplace. Sauna. Cathedral Ceiling. Master bedroom has a tub with jacuzzi jets, sauna, and private balcony. Home also has 3 TVs, a stereo, VCR/DVD player and a full kitchen with all appliances. It has a small deck in the front for relaxing and a larger deck in the back for entertaining or watching wildlife. COMMUNITY. The private community boasts 6 lakes and 2 sandy beaches perfect for boating (electric motor only), fishing and swimming. It also has an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a restaurant and bar. It is within walking distance to the community center, which houses the indoor pool, restaurant, bar and game room. Only minutes away from all other community amenities and area attractions.
