The apartment is set in the small quiet commune of Le Rayol Canadel, a small village nestling between Cavalaire and Le Lavandou.
The First floor property comprises of two bedrooms and one shower room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and laundry facilities. The kitchen leads out onto a private walled garden which is paved and a suntrap during the summer. The garden is equipped with dining furniture and sun loungers.
From the Sitting Room, there are double doors leading out onto a dining terrace. The terrace is enclosed by glass but this can be opened on those warm summer evenings. These apartments can be rented separately or together accommodating up to 8 people.

The Ground Floor Apartment has two double rooms, one with ensuite bathroom, one with separate shower and WC. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, and washer/dryer. In the Dining ares there is a table to accommodate 6 people. This Apartment can be rented with the First Floor Apartment, enabling 2 families or a party of 8 people to holiday together.
This property was formerly a house and was converted into two seperate apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance door, which gives privacy if you have two families who wish to holiday together. In total, the both apartments can sleep 8 adults. The First floor apartment has two double bedrooms, with one shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, leading onto the privately walled garden. There is also a large dining terrace, with a view over the Mediterranean.
The Ground floor apartment consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a twin room, there are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is a fitted kitchen and large living and dining area.

The unique benefits of these apartments are their close proximity to the beach. You can leave your car at home and walk the 3 minute walk to a beautiful stretch of sandy beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but the house is situated on a quiet little road.
Le Rayol Canadel is situated on the largely unspoilt Mediterranean coastline, approximately 20 miles from St Tropez. It nestles between Cavalaire and Le Lavandou on the Cote D’Azur. The area is surrounded by many local restaurants, yet enjoys the calm and tranquility so rare elsewhere on the Cote D'Azur. The local village is approximately a mile away from the Apartments and has everything you would need during your stay. In Summer, there are local markets to be found in Le Rayol and Canadel, and the surrounding towns and villages, almost every day, all within driving distance. Le Rayol and Canadel each have there own beach.Canadel beach is a 5 minute walk from the Apartments There is also a ferry service from Le Lavandou where you can escape for the day to the Isles D'Or - Porquerolles or Port Cros.
