We are very pleased to add 'Beach Recess III,' to our properties that are now available for vacationers who want to be in North Mission Beach, be ocean front, and be in a great location. This property is ground level and directly underneath our other very popular 'Beach Recess I and Beach Recess II' vacation rental properties. You will be able to see and hear the ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Imagine walking into a beautiful beachfront property and looking at the ocean from your living room or dining room with your favorite beverage, accessing the Internet with our wireless connection while looking out at the dolphins swimming by and surfers catching the waves. Imagine sitting out on the patio in the afternoon taking in a little sun while reading your favorite book.

Imagine walking barefoot on the beach with a family member or significant other and watching a spectacular sunset. Imagine preparing that special meal, enjoying a candlelight dinner, and watching your favorite DVD. Imagine going to sleep at night with the sound of the Pacific Ocean right outside your window.

While you are enjoying your vacation at this oceanfront condominium you will have access to a one bedroom, one bathroom(525 square foot) condominium with a king sized bed, sleeper sofa, and HBO television.

After having rented a house for 9 years, we needed a change and have always walked by this property. After research and reading reviews we decided on this property. We found the location, access to the beach, multi-level decks, and condo to be worth the change. You were able to have neighbors to talk to; grilling buddies while cooking dinner and just sit back and relax while watching the surf, sun and dolphins play. The condo itself was very nice. Just the right size for 3-4 people. Fully stocked kitchen. The only draw back for the older folks was no bathroom door on the master bath, but found ways to work around that. We will definitely consider coming back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
