I know this building well, I was very eager to rent an oceanfront unit. Our trip was last minute and by luck I managed to get this beautiful unit for a week. First dealing with the owner was a joy, he responded quickly to questions and was extremely gracious. The lovely condo had everything, charm, and the most comfortable king sized bed, which is a miracle for Mexico. Sitting on the balcony that stretches across the living room and master bedroom looking at the ocean and listening to the waves has got to be the best place to be, the condo has everything you could need, it is located right in the center of restaurants and a great and interesting neighbourhood. Right on the beautiful beach. The security is top notch and the staff respond to any need or questions quickly, The weather was extremely hot while we were there and we never turned on the air conditioner at all, there was no need, with the oceanside sliders open and the fans on the condo was delightfully cool. In the evening you can watch the people stroll by on the new Malecon (boardwalk) below, but it is not noisy, at night all you hear is the waves, there are no pounding night clubs so sleep is blissful, The pictures dont do it justice, this place has it all! I cant think of anything negative at all, except I wish I owned it!
