Linen and Bedding Service and Policies::
Attention out-of state customers: Linen and bedding service available off-season for a nominal fee. Policies: Suitable for adults and children. No Pets. Outdoor Smoking Only, please. All supplies except sheets, towels, and pillowcases are provided. Check-in time is 2pm and Check-out is 10am. For off-season rentals, some check-in and check-out time flexibility is offered. Deposits: Once you agree to rent this property, you will be sent a lease. Your reservation will be held up to ten days (or until as specified), awaiting return of a signed lease with deposit. Deposit of half of the rental fee is required with the signed lease. There are no other fees or taxes for rental. Refunds: If you cancel a reservation and the property is re-rented for the same time period, you will receive all that you have paid. If the property cannot be re-rented for the same time period, all deposit monies are forfeited. Every effort will be made by the owner to re-rent the property.
