'House of Peacefulness' Quiet, convenient, comfortable, and having a nice decor (not like a hotel) is how this unit is best described. Walk to the historic town of Kailua-Kona which offers an astonishing array of art galleries, shopping, and dining.

Featuring two swimming pools; a large free formed pool at the oceanfront, and another pool in the garden area, located in the center of the complex surrounded by beautiful gardens and an abundance of flowers. Complex has a sunbathing beach located oceanside next to the saltwater pool. Covered cabana for dining oceanside, as well as gas grills for your use. Its a great place for a and watch a beautiful sunset!The unit has air-conditioning, Cable DVD player, CD player, stereo system, full kitchen. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Unit 103 is in need of a total remake.. Very old , lumpy couch and furniture. Fridge and sink covered with rust stains. Vertical blinds did not work and missing slats. New flat screen TV and Internet was a bonus. Bed was clean and comfortable.. With a little work this can be a good rental unit..
