North Coast Village is on the sand...No streets to cross to get to Oceanside Beach, one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County. Swim, boogie board, surf, and sunbathe right outside the condo complex. When you're ready to come up from the beach, enjoy one of two beautiful swimming pools and Jacuzzis. Later in the evening, take a stroll to Oceanside Harbor for dinner, with unique shops and several great restaurants to choose from. This is a beautifully remodeled studio condo with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper. Special touches of natural stone fireplace, granite counter tops, recessed lighting and dimmer switches, with beautiful Pacific Ocean and Oceanside Pier views, make this condo the perfect romantic getaway!

North Coast Village is located on Oceanside Beach, which is one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County. Swim, boogie board, surf, and sunbathe right outside the condo complex. When you're ready to come up from the beach, enjoy the one of two beautiful swimming pools and jacuzzis, surrounded by lush tropical grounds, koi ponds and waterfalls. Later in the evening, take a stroll to Oceanside Harbor for dinner, with several great restaurants to choose from. For the more adventurous vacationers, whale watching, deep sea fishing, kayak rentals, jet ski rentals, and surfing lessons are available locally. Since North Coast Village is located in between downtown San Diego and Los Angeles, most major theme parks and attractions are within a one hour drive of the complex: World Famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Disneyland and California Great Adventure, Seaworld, Tijuana, Scripps Aquarium, Knotts Berry Farm, a variety of championship golf courses, Temecula Wine Country.

  • Mid-June to August 31, $1000-$1,650/wk; September - mid-June: $925/wk; $1,900/mo off season
  • September - Mid-June: $925/week. $1,900/mo. Three night minimum rental in off season - $125/night.

    Mid-June to August 31: $1000-$1,650/week. Saturday - Saturday rentals only.

    Please add $100 for holiday weeks.

    Rental rates do not include 10% City of Oceanside tax. There is a $95 cleaning fee and $300 refundable security deposit for rentals of two weeks or less. $150 cleaning fee + $500 refundable security deposit for rentals of 3 weeks or longer.
