There is a cancellation policy with rental agreement. The Soundview Home is not accommodating to children 6 years or younger. The Garden Home is family oriented because of the floor plan and decorating. Both homes are equally comfortable with similar amenities. These are not just homes but the opportunity to experience an elegant home or manor suite with surrounding property that offers – peace, privacy, and tranquility for business or vacations. The homes and kitchen are furnished. You only need to bring your own personal belongings. Our Alaskan Guys Golf Trip goes to different locations on the West Coast each year. We stayed at Wurlitzer Manor in 2005 and again in 2008. The two houses are fantastic and accomodated our needs very well. There are 5 great golf courses nearby (Chambers Bay, Gold Mountain, Trophy Lake and Casting, Washington National and McCormick Woods). We are planning to come back in a few years. Thanks to Raymond for his great hospitatlity.
