Beautifully decorated home in the heart of Cape Porpoise Village. An open floor plan that engenders fun for family and friends, while a propane fireplace and enclosed backporch allows for privacy and relaxation. One bedroom comes with crib, so that young families may enjoy time at the sea shore. Walk to local markets, restaurants, fishing pier and Goat Island Light House or dine across the street at Nunan's Lobster Hut . Goose Rocks beach is conveniently located just 2 miles away, and Fortune Rocks and Biddeford Beach are a short drive away (5 miles). Portland (25 miles), Freeport (30 miles), Portsmouth, NH (30 miles) are all an excellent day trip when not relaxing at the beach. Enjoy the tidal marsh views across the street and the outdoor seating area perfect for grilling and relaxing with friends. This home and its location are beautiful all year round. A wonderful home to 'get away from it all'!

Notes: The master bedroom has a king size bed with an adjoining full bath and is located on the first level. The other three bedrooms are located on the second level of the house. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a trundle and separate twin bed, the third bedroom has a crib and aerobed available. There is also a full size bath located on the second level. The half bathroom is located off of the laundry room on the first floor. Other features are flower gardens and outdoor seating area and barbecue grill. Very easy to locate with private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house is sunny and airy, with plenty of cozy furniture and a bright, classic decor. Loved the claw-foot tub!! Highlights included eating on the patio and making a fire in the evenings. Beautifully maintained inside and out with plenty of room for everyone. Nice location, close to the beach and lots of good day trips. We'll be back!!
