Heated Pool with beach view. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Breakfast and lunch beach grill right across the street! Largest area of white, sandy beach in St. Pete Beach with volleyball. Safe, quiet and secure neighborhood.

Rental office on-site. Lots of parking and easy access to Gulf Blvd. Great area for runners, walkers and bikers!

3 day minimum. Very affordable. We rent by the month only during the months of Jan., Feb., and March.

We had a wonderful time @ our Gulf Winds condo @ St Petes beach. The owners Doug & Kathy added many upgrades to this property. There were also many personal touches to this unit. Our big concern is the grill on the property. We grilled out one evening and the grill was very nasty. There was dried barbecue sauce on the grill grates.The ash buckets were overflowing. This sould be ddresseed by the mangement company on a daily basis. We would recomend this unit to our firends and family. The grills were of no reflection to the owners Doug & Kathy but to the mangement company and the Borad of Directors of Gulf Winds.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Owner's Response: Duane: We were so happy ot hear that you loved the condo. We were just there last week and bought all new living room furniture in a Key West style, so you will have to come back and stay again to see it. Very nice. So sorry about the dirty grill in the public area. I sent the complaint on to the condo management company immediately upon receipt. We found this little condo on the Gulf to be charming. The unit and the grounds, including the pool, where neat and clean. The condo and the surrounding neighborhood are a perfect place to relax and get some much needed down time. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shops and the beach is right across the cul de sac. Huge beach and nice pool!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

What a disappointment! We arranged this beach get-away for our grandchildren (age 6 & 8) and parents and they stayed one night until they showed us the horrible conditions of this place. Mold, dirty dishes in the cupboard, soiled sheets, fowl smelling and food stained easy chair and blood stains on the pull out mattress. We complained, the owner sent our payment minus a fee for cleaning. . Imagine WE were CHARGED for cleaning.

Exterior of building, location and management all great! Owners should be ashamed

Owner's Response: After receiving this complaint (our first in six years of ownership) I immediately refunded all rents paid without question or delay. I then had the unit inspected by our onsite manager as well as the co-owner who both stated that the complainant must have had an ulterior motive. They found no big issues and the ones that were true were minor and were immediately corrected. They both believe she had actually booked another place and wanted to move on without paying the cleaning fee. If she had waited half a day all issues would have been resolved and I would have given a partail discount for the inconvenience. We are extremely clean and particular people. We inspected the unit in October after a renovation of the ceilings and a whole unit cleaning which was performed by Stanley Steemer. The unit was in great shape at that time just as it is today. The current tenant checked in yesterday and is very satisfied. He will be staying the entire month of January. Our February renter has stayed with us every year that we have owned it and has never had an issue. This will be his 7th year in a row. Happy New Year! The White's

myself and my wife stayed here, it was a very nice place. just one short block from the beach, the pool area was very nice.it could use some small renos but not alot.nice and clean and a comfortable bed.excellant place for the price. would stay again.

Owner's Response: We are so happy you had a good time. We agree that the location is excellent and we strive for cleanliness at all times. We hope you enjoyed the new TV's. The ceiling cracks are to be repaired this month (Oct. 12) by the building managment company. The job is already paid for... I am sure they will do a great job.

Great Girls Getaway!

My two best friends (and sorority sisters for 32 years!) wanted to celebrate our 50th birthdays with a week away. We rented this condo and couldn't have been happier (discounting Tropical Storm Debby;-) The condo was cozy, but fine for 3 people. We enjoyed walking to the nearby beach, swimming in the on-site pool and walking to all of the fun beachfront restaurants nearby. We had a late-night arrival and had a bit of trouble unlocking the drop box (in the pouring rain!), but otherwise, we had no problems with the property. This condo would be great for a couple's getaway or girls/guys fun-in-the-sun!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
