This 4 season cottage has central heating for year round use. Located just off West Shore Rd. , on a half acre lot in Camelot Acres. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles and enough open space for outdoor activities. The cottage has deeded beach rights to a well maintained, 300 foot sandy beach, which is just a short walk away. There is also parking available at the beach area. The kitchen features an electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, and other small appliances. The living/dining area has wall to wall carpeting. The cottage has cable TV and a VCR. The screened porch has sliding windows, wall to wall carpeting and serves nicely for entertaining guests in any weather. It may also serve as a smoking area or as an extra room during the summer season. The large, modern bathroom is located off the rear entryway. Pets are welcome. The cottage is ideal as a starting point for day trips throughout northern N.E. at any time of the year.

My sister, mother and I wanted to take a trip together last summer (2007) and we decided to head East. We searched forever to find a great but affordable place to stay near the water and centrally located so that we could visit a variety of New England states. We found all of this at the cottage on Newfound Lake. It was just off the lake, so it wasn't in the hustle and bustle, but it was just a short walk to the lake. It was also a short drive to Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts, so we were able to get a lot of sight-seeing in. The town surrounding the cottage is also charming and lovely. This cottage is small, but cozy and just perfect for three, a small family, or one or two couples, this place was a highlight and true gem of our trip.
