You will enjoy the peace and solitude surrounded by 60 foot tall pines trees with the convenience of a short walk (1 block) to Kelly Beach. This is THE family friendly beach on the east shore of Higgins Lake - with beautiful white sand, crystal clear, shallow water and a brand new cement boat launch for your jet skis or small ski boat.

The home contains all the amenities needed to enjoy yourself, including large sunroom.

Unwind with a game of pool or darts after a great day at the beach or ski slopes. The full kitchen allows the chef in your family to prepare meals inside or outdoors on the BBQ grille.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property, place was very clean, everything was very easy to find. Owners are very nice. I totally recommend this property. We will defiantly go back sometime in the future.

This was a pleasant trip. The property is semi-secluded and accommodated a small family reunion with ease. We only visited the beach once, but went out on the lake a couple of times in a relatives pontoon boat. Though it's no fault of the owner, one does need to know about "swimmers itch"... some type of parasite in the water that infected several of the kids! The firepit and tiki torches made for several evenings of wonderful around the campfire visits with relatives. We hope to return next year and do it again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Swimmers Itch typically occurs in Higgins Lake during the first two weeks of July. Effective in preventing Swimmer's Itch is brisk toweling of the lower extremities after leaving the water.
