Beautiful contemporary country home located in Palenville NY, minutes to skiing and hiking, nestled within fifteen wooded private acres overlooking a stream. Be sure to check for availability, please!!!
20 min. to Woodstock village, 10-15 min. to Saugerties village and H.I.T.S, 15 min. from Hunter and Windham Mtns. for skiing , 10 min. to NYS thruway, convenient to waterfalls, mountain climbing, and 2 Lakes.
This lovely, inviting home is 3 stories with an open floor plan with cathedral ceiling on main floor where the beautiful stainless steel cooks kitchen is. There are 3 brand new bathrooms one of which is equipped with a steam shower. There is a laundry room, 2 garages (great for skiers), hardwood floors, new appliances, and much, much, more...
