Scarborough, Pine Point Beach, Maine This awesome completely furnished 4 bedroom spacious home with ocean views is just 20 minutes from downtown Portland, and a minute walk to the most gorgeous seven mile beach for walking, cycling, swimming and kayaking. On the first floor is a newly renovated kitchen and family room, full bath and laundry room with washer and dryer, dining room, large living room and master bedroom. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. The house is heated with forced hot air oil heat and Internet access, free long distance, and 72 Channels on TV is included. When you step out the door you are in a quiet neighborhood with large fenced in private yard and a patio for roasting marshmallows and having barbecues. A ten minute ride to the Maine Turnpike, Portland Mall, and Portland Waterfront, with the Cat to Nova Scotia, and special trail from Old Orchard to Boston.

Within a ten mile radius there are water parks, amusement centers, golf courses, art museums, historic lighthouses, fabulous restaurants, Portland International Jetport, and the historic studio of Winslow Homer is also located in Scarborough. This is a special place for special people.

Entertainment: This Pine Point beach area is an ideal family location. Portland has many wonderful restaurants, shopping in the Old Port area, art museums, galleries, ferry boats to the Casco Bay Islands, and of course LL Bean is only 15 minutes from Portland. The Red Sox minor league team The Sea Dogs, plays in Portland and the Scarborough Nature Center is a tremendous attraction for its canoeing and birdwatching. There are many fine golf courses in the area also. Really Special house to live in while you are looking to build or buy in the Scarborough area from Sept. -2008 - May 2009 Great School System !!!
