1700 sq/ft Riverfront Log Sided House on one of the best wild trout fishing rivers on the East Coast. 200 feet of river frontage on one of the best fishing holes in the No-Kill section of the West Branch. House has full size E.I. Kitchen, large living room complete with cable TV, computer w/Internet, large fly tying station, bar, card table/additional dining table and wood stove. The house is perfect for family gatherings and features a large deck with seating for 12 and side terrace for 2 w/fire pit. The property also has a riverside picnic table, additional lawn chair seating for 6, campfire ring, drift boat launch and horseshoe pitch. The house has a/c, unlimited phone service in the US, and a Key-less Entry System. 3 golf courses within 15 min, 3 ski areas within 1 hr. and a state park with swimming beach 15 minutes away. The Southern Tier of NY starts 30 miles to the west in Binghamton. The Finger Lakes Wine Country is 1 1/2 hours away. Cooperstown is 1 1/2 hours away. In the summer there are music festivals near by, small town theater/dinner theater, and lakeside dining 10 minutes away.
