Enjoy a quiet escape to the mountains. 5 miles from Windam /13 miles from Hunter. This lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath log cabin sleeps 8. Bedroom 1 and 2 (downstairs) each have a double bed. Futon in the living room. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) is a large room with 4 twin beds...perfect for kids! Detached garage, TV/DVD/satellite. Stereo/CD. Fully equipped kitchen. Wood burning stove. Sliding door to large deck with a 'wood burning' hot tub (the kids get a real kick out of this). Nestled in the woods, set back off of a quiet road. 3 acres to explore! Just 2.5 hours from NYC. Come and enjoy all that the area has to offer...or sit back and enjoy a quiet weekend in the woods. We are sure you will love this cabin as much as our family loves it! This cabin is ideal for one or two families with children. Please Note: You Must be at least 25 yrs of age to rent this property. PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR PRIOR TO INQUIRING - if the calendar states that the cabin is 'unavailable' it really is not available

Spring and Summer: beautiful hiking trails and some of the regions best fly fishing. Excellent golf courses. Fall: unbelievable fall foliage as well as many festivals. 60 miles from Cooperstown (Baseball Hall of Fame) and 30 miles from Woodstock. Many choices for casual and fine dining.

    Non-Holiday Long Weekend (3 nights) $900
    Weekly - Friday 4pm - Friday 12pm check out $1400
  • Deposits
    50% rental rate required at time of reservation. 50% balance due 30 days prior to check-in. $250 refundable security deposit required with second payment. This will be returned once the cabin is checked after guest departure. 'Terms and Conditions' must be signed and returned with payment.

    Refunds
    Half of the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if canceled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. Security deposit will be returned following inspection of the property.

    Check in is 4:00 pm. Check out 12:00 pm. Exceptions can be made depending upon availability.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Didn't use the hottub for fear of using it wrong/melting it. But the cabin and it's surroundings were lovely.
