Stonesthrow is a custom built, colonial style home, located just off State Route 100, 1 mile north of Mount Snow Ski Area's base lodge and along the Moover Shuttle Route. The location is also only 15 miles from Stratton, and 1 mile to access the VAST Trail system. This well-laid-out custom home offers a large, open entertaining space on the ground floor, including living room with cathedral ceiling & stone Rumsford fireplace, formal dining room and well equipped kitchen with dining area. The master bedroom suite with full bathroom is located on the first floor, as well as a 1/2 bathroom for guests. The large front deck is ideal for entertaining or just relaxing, while enjoying the private setting. The second floor includes two bedrooms, plus one full and one half bathroom. The house offers attached garages with adjacent mud room to suit up for a day on the slopes.

The Mount Snow area is a spectacular four season destination. You can begin and end each season with several well-known ski areas, including: Mount Snow, nearby Stratton (at 15 miles) & Bromley (30 miles). The area offers abundant skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, tubing and snowmobiling. The VAST snowmobile trail system is easily accessible, with the nearest trail only one mile from the house. The spring, summer and fall offer many opportunities for biking, hiking, kayaking/canoeing, along with the championship Mount Snow golf course (4mi.) and nearby Haystack golf course (6mi.). The fall is well known for its spectacular foliage. The outlets of Manchester are located only 33 miles away. The area offers dozens of great restaurants, recreation at Lake Whitingham and Lake Raponda, and shopping in west Dover & Wilmington.
