Built in 2005, this new three-story home is located approximately 3 min. to Mt. Snow Golf Club. 5 minutes to Mount Snow Ski Lifts. This home is situated on a hill overlooking the Green Mountain National Forest and a Brook. The back outdoor deck is perfect for viewing spectacular Fall Foliage or just relaxing in the Hot Tub as you look out at the Babbling Brook below. The home is equipped with outdoor HOT TUB, radiant floor heating, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, and a field stone fireplace. Cathedral ceilings with a loft that overlooks the living room and fireplace below. The loft shares the top floor with the master bedroom which has its own private jacuzzi tub. Great for summer and fall getaways in a peaceful and serene setting. Drive a few min. to Mt. Snow Golf Club or Haystack golf club.
