The best of all worlds at the beach. This home is built on the marsh and is 100 yards from the beach and .3 miles from the Garden City Pier. After your day on the beach, or the golf course, enjoy the sunset from two covered porches overlooking the marsh. The home is professionally decorated with new furnishings and fully equipped to provide a most comfortable vacation experience. The environment is also child-friendly, with a children's pool included for this six-home complex. The interior is an open floor plan, with a spacious family room and four large bedrooms, four baths and upgraded tile flooring in the living area and kitchen. Covered porches are located off of the great room and master bedroom, providing incredible and serene views of the marsh and surrounding area. This home is a perfect combination of upscale amenities, in a relaxing environment.
