Seagrass Flats Condominiums are located at 101 25th Street North in Bradenton Beach. The four unit complex which is located near one of the widest beaches on the island has a heated pool and barbeque area. Take a short walk to watch the sunrise over the bay or step across the street to watch the sunset over the gulf, the view is almost too beautiful to describe.

This two bedroom two bath unit will sleep six with a queen, two twins, and a sleeper sofa. Unit #4 has an additional picture window from the living room that offers beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets. This unit has just undergone complete renovations with all new furnishings, appliances and accessories.

Come enjoy island living at its best!

Best Spring Break Ever!

Our family of 2A and 2C just got back from a wonderful week at your unit. Besides being on the gulf, this was the perfect location! It's literally out the door, down the steps, across the street and onto the public beach access. We've rented homes in the past, but it was just right for us. The owner and the rental agency were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely return!! Thank you!

Wonderful beach vacation!

We had a great time staying here. It's so close to the beach, the perfect beach access right across the street, and a nice view of the water from the living room window. We had a very relaxed and wonderful stay, and hope to return in the future.
