This is the time for festivals, apple picking, Fall foliage, & comfortable temperatures to hike, go antiquing and explore. As the days become cooler, anticipate the array of outdoor activities nearby. We are centrally located between Hunter and Windham Mountains, so in a matter of minutes you can take advantage of skiing, ice skating, snowboarding, cross country, etc. Experience the exhilaration of working out in the fresh air and come back to your private quarters where you can relax in front of the fire with a glass of wine. Have popcorn and hot cocoa. Watch a good movie on cable or dvd. Read a good book.
SUMMER FUN!:
Very popular in summer for all the Catskills have to offer...golf, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, hiking, antiquing, bird-watching and just relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. Close to golf courses, lakes, streams. Children love our place! Most refer to it as a home away from home! The stars are abundant and clear, we have tennis and an outdoor pool on the property. The days are warm and it can even get hot, but the evenings cool everything down. Go horseback riding, play miniature golf or visit the local parks, lakes and historic sites. There are many wonderful restaurants of all kinds nearby. Most important: Relax and enjoy! Get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the delights of nature with all the conveniences of home.
