This townhome is centrally located in the town of Mammoth Lakes at Mammoth Sierra Townhomes. It has been newly furnished with carpet, paint, flooring and appliances. The furniture and decor throughout the place have the feel of an upscale lodge with warm, rich and rustic colors. The spacious layout has two bedrooms with private baths on the lower level. Upstairs, the living room offers comfort and style with open beam ceilings, over stuffed sofas, a great home entertainment system with TV, DVD, CD and satellite music stations. There is a wood-burning fireplace insert with wood provided. The kitchen and dining area is open to the living room and perfect for entertaining. There is a breakfast bar which seats four and seating for six at the dining table. The 3rd bathroom is located on the upstairs level. The open loft above the kitchen sleeps six. This condo seemed to be the perfect fit for our snowboarding adventure. It was spacious and allowed for lots of fun. Everything was clean including the carpet which seemed new. The on site manager was easy to get a hold of when there were questions or issues. It's conveniently located near the market and shuttle stop. I highly recommend this location.

VERY COZY MAMMOTH CONDO

I've stayed in this condo twice now, and we all loved it. Great location, the shuttle stop to Eagle Lodge is right across the street and Vons is right around the corner. (Too bad Starbucks closed down ). The condo is always clean upon arrival, and this condo is equipped with almost everything. I love how there're coffee, creamer, and SPLENDA on the kitchen counter. The wifi is very convenient and fast.

Jodi, the owner, has been very helpful and accomodating to our needs. We definitely would rent from Jodi again in the future.

Mammoth Fun

My family has stayed here many times over the past several years. Our two grade school girls (currently 2nd and 5th grades) always want to know if we re going to "The Condo" when we head to Mammoth. When it snows, they always build a 'secret fort' outside. They love sleeping in the loft and waking up to a mountain view, we love being in a seperate room.... Plenty of room to gather the family around the fireplace and kitchen area, but lots of sleeping and bathroom space to keep out of each others way. Parking couldn't be easier, and the location in town is perfect. The condo is always clean and ready to go, and the wireless internet is easy to connect onto. We've shared it with another family (four adults and five children) and always had plenty of room for all. Suh-weet!

This place is so beautiful, comfortable and inviting. It is centrally located within walking distance of almost everything plus its amenities are far better than any hotel. It is so quiet and peaceful and the beauty of the surrounding mountains is magnificent. A great place to sit and recharge your soul. We look forward to the next time.

A peaceful respite in one of the greatest vacation

The location of this condo couldn't be better.. Less than two blocks to a major market, restaurants, coffee houses, bike rentals.. you name it. We are summer mountain people and use Mammoth Lakes as a mid point meeting place for family and friends. We live in Northern California, Family lives in Southern California.
The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the comforts one would want on a vacation. It was like staying in a 3 star hotel with amenities.. Perfect place for a Father, Son and Grandson reunion.
The place was clean and welcoming. We can only hope this unit is available when we plan our next trip to Mammoth. We will tell our friends.
