We have been coming to Vail for several years. Each year, my wife and I make it a point to make our first trip before Christmas. This year, we felt like we struck gold with this wonderful condo. The decor is both unique and exquisite. Friends visited and could not stop talking about the touches— from the hand painted cabinets and doors to the detailed carved trim, to the hand carved bed. It was a never ending feast for the eye. And, it is so convenient to everything. Up in the morning and out to Loaded Joe's for espresso and latte, about a block away. For lunch, you can walk across the street to Sweet Basil or to Up the Creek— two of the finest restaurants in Vail. A block away finds you shopping at Gorsuch, and the Vista Bahn is just up the street. We found ourselves becoming 'city' people in just a few short days. Oh— and Kate and Gene are just fantastic to work with. We had a problem of our own making, and they were back to us in 30 minutes with help, advice, and best of all, a great solution. Stay here, you won't regret it! One last note— while there were just the two of us, the upstairs loft has wonderful arrangements for sleeping, with a very nice bath and 4 built-in large and comfortable bunk beds, plus another twin bed.
