Photos and Description of the Wildwood Crest vacation condo rental 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, All Sleep 8

We have three condos (all furnished the same) available that sleep 8 with 2 queen beds & 2 twin beds & 1 queen sofa bed. Each condo features 2 TVs with cable and DVD players, outside balconies with furniture, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. - Blankets and pillows are provided; bed and bath linens are not. - There are 2 parking spots per condo & a pool for condo renters only. - The full kitchen comes with DW, a washer/dryer, a garbage disposal, oven, fridge, and utensils...perfect for dining in. The property is located at the corner of Aster Rd. & Atlantic Ave. The condos are one block from a large, free beach with lifeguards, 6 blocks from the convention center and 5 blocks from the Wildwood boardwalk. The neighborhood has miniature golf, a children's playground and a bike path along the beach. - Historic Cape May is only 6 miles away & Stone Harbor is only 8 miles away. Both areas feature plenty of shopping and dining.

Security Deposit: A $250.00 security deposit is required 7 days after booking. It is fully refundable 30 days after your departure date so long as the following requirements are met: (1) No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear; (2) All trash and discards are placed in proper receptacles, soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned, and condo is left in clean ready-to-use condition. (3) All keys are returned according to instructions by owners; (4) All charges accrued during the stay are paid; (5) No bedding such as bedspreads, pillows, etc., or any of the contents of the condo are lost or damaged; (6) All decorations, appliances, remotes, and wall hangings remain in unit, in good condition; and/or (7) The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or local law enforcement.

Other Activities: Cape May Zoo is less than 20 mins. drive & free; Arcades, movies on the beach (seasonal only) and a ballpark across the street.

Stayed in this unit Summer 2007. Very clean. Perfect location to beach, food, bike rentals, baseball field. When an appliance broke, service was provided immediately to fix problem. Pool on site, small but refreshing after beach. Walk to beach very short and easy. Condo units had all families in them. Very highly recommended. Returning this summer 08 to another unit due to availability.
