Perched above Artist Falls Brook, this home is less than 2 miles from North Conway Village, yet nestled in seclusion at the base of Peaked Mountain. Hear the soothing sound of Artist Falls as you relax on the 5-tiered back deck with screened-in gazebo. Open floor plan has large living area, vaulted ceiling to a loft and a 15x20 bonus room with a bar. Convenient North-South Road access gets you into downtown or outlet malls quickly but allows you to bypass busy Rte 16 traffic. Great for two families or extended families. Additional living area and kitchenette in the basement. Property abuts conservation land with access to several trail systems. Close to all the great things the White Mountains have to offer with swimming, canoeing and kayaking on the Saco all only minutes away. 20 minutes to Kancamangus Hwy or Mt. Washington. Short drives to Wildcat, Attitash/ Bear Peak, Cranmore and Black Mountain ski areas. Strictly a non-smoking, no pet house please.

Plenty to do for the shopper or the outdoorsman. There is a mile of outlet malls 5 minutes away, as well as interesting New England shoppes of every variety. Beautiful mountain views and historic sites are everywhere with more swimming, kayaking, tubing, hiking, skiing and biking than you can do in a week. Winter and Summer hiking just minutes away in the White Mountains. Take a train ride or drive up Mount Washington or through Crawford Notch. Storyland and Heritage 15 minutes away. Santa's Village 40 minutes away. Many trails for beginners and experienced hikers with beautiful views. Trail descriptions and maps to borrow available in the house, and directions to a few secret swimming spots.
