Sit back and enjoy the outdoors on our deck or in the outdoor shower. Take a swim in the pond or a row in the canoe or row boat.

Summer Activities: Take a swim in Middle Pea Pond. Go for a paddle in the canoe, or, rowboat. Enjoy relaxing on the deck overlooking your very own private sandy beach. Story Land, Conway Railroad, Cathedral Ledge, Mount Washington, Kankamangus Highway, Golf, Fishing, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Boating and, of course, Outlet Shopping in North Conway.

Winter Activites: Snowmobile trails, Ice Fishing, Ice Skating. Ski and Snow Board at King Pine or Mount Cranmore, Attitash Bear Peak, Wild Cat, Sugar Loaf or Loon Mountain - all within 1 hour. Excellent Cross Country skiing and tubing too!

Very well maintained property: we had a little mishap but within a few hours as they had said a gentleman showed and fixed it: very quiet yet so close to it all:a place that u will want to returm to year after year
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children
