Rustic cottage that combine seclusion and tranquility with modern facilities. Plain and simple but comfortable. The cottage is completely furnished, although everything may not match. You bring your own linens. Amtrak service to Boston and Portland is 12 miles away. 80 miles to Boston. Convenient mid-point to ocean and NH White Mountains. Discount shops 27 miles. New 18-hole Nippo Lake Golf Course - 3 miles. Other golf courses, groceries and antique shops nearby. Directions from I 95 N to Portsmouth NH take route 16 North (Spaulding Turnpike), to exit 13, take route 202 west, 4.5 miles, to Ayers Lake Farm. 'Ask About Ayres Lake Farm Campground' Pet Policy: Guidelines for Dogs and Other Pets. 1. Owners are responsible for their pet at all times. This includes picking up after them and any damage they may cause. Waste must be bagged and disposed of in outside trash cans. 2. A copy of a current vaccination record to be shown upon registration. Only 1 pet please. .

Leashes must be strong enough to hold and keep the pet within the perimeter of the site. 1. All pets must be walked on a leash by an adult that is strong enough to handle the pet. Children should not walk the pet. 2. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. 3. We ask that all day visitors leave their pets at home. 4. Any pet that creates a nuisance, is not kept on its' site or shows aggressive behavior of any type will be asked to leave the premises. 5. Well behaved pets are an enjoyable member of the family and are welcome, but they are not allowed in the bathrooms or laundry room.
