Good place to access the beach....

Wonderful first floor place with just about anything that you'd need.
Easy access to the south end of the island, so traffic is limited going in and out even with the mass movement of folks on/off the island on Saturday. Very near a number of soild resturants, ice cream shops, playground for young children and only steps from the beach. While you can't really see the ocean, however you can hear it when you open the front door of the home, which is just grand! And only steps away to the beach WITHOUT crossing busy streets when you want to visit it in person!!
VERY nice owners who answer any/all questions you may have, very supportive by email and cell phone, land line if anything requested or needed.
The bed in the master is almost average (so bring a mattress pad with you), there it limited soundproofing from the upstairs place (so plan on some noise), some mold in the master bath shower stall and jets of the tub, and the landscaping was not weeded, but other than that, hard to beat.
Would I go back? Indeed so. Thanks much to the happy couple who own the place and willing to "share" with others. Take care!

Owner's Response: There is already a mattress pad on the matress on the matress on the queen bed in the MB. There is no mold in the MBath. Janice , who was the tenant, clearly inserted some incorrrect information. Not certain of her motivations.
As she did correctly point out, we are available and easy to communicate with. As we told her, and as we tell all vacationers, we cannot fix what we do not know about. If there are problems, please tell us. Had we known that she had concerns about mold and comfort of mattress in the master bedroom,we certainly would have adressed those with her at the beginning of, or during her stay. There is NO mold in the master bath shower or jacuzzi. We have inspected all her complaints and resent that she felt it necessary to air these on this site. We found her complaints to be untrue. As you might read other reviews, by other vacationers, this should be clear.
