This condo is located in close proximity to all that North Conway and the area have to offer. Yet you will feel as if you are insulated at the same time from the crowds.

This house was just perfect! We traveled from sunny South Florida for a winter vacation at Mount Cranmore. The trip has become an annual experience for us, and this house has been by far the best choice yet. We did maximize the occupancy at 15 people and there was still plenty of room and everyone was very comfortable. The description that we read was exactly what we got when we arrived. Everything was well maintained, clean and the owner was very helpful. We snowboarded, sno mobiled and skiied for the whole 4 days, and the location was central to all of the sports we chose. I would recommend the property to anybody and hope to return to the same place next year.
This is our 2nd time renting from the same owner but this was a new, similar property in the same complex. We were 3 families, with young kids. We were pleasantly surprised with how many toys there were for young children, we could have left ours at home. The property looked to have had recent updates and all of the amenities you could ever need. It is a perfect location, close to outlets, Cranmore, shops and restaurants. The owner is extremely helpful and attentive. We will be back again!
Large Condo centrally located in North Conway. Owner was quick to respond. Condo could use some updated but was still very usable. There were plenty of games and activities for youngsters and adults to play and stay entertained. Wifi access was quick and easy. Wood fireplace made a nice ambience for a cold winters night.
Cranmore Mountain, Outlets and many other attractions are just a few minutes away. Driving to Brettonwoods was only a short 40minute scenic route.
Stayed here with 10 other friends for a weekend in February. Property is very accessible to the town of North Conway and a number of winter activities in the area including skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Others explored the town (shopping and breweries) and also had a great time.
As other reviewers have noted, there is plenty of space between the three floors and loft, even with 5 couples there. The house is well appointed with extra beds and linens. My only suggestion is that while the kitchen is fully equipped, if you plan to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring your favorite pan or pot to ensure you have enough. At times we had to be creative with the pots and pans cooking for 11.

We have now stayed in this condo two years in a row and love it. We come to North Conway every year for a ski trip with friends. The location is perfect because it is right near the outlets and some great restaurants and shops, but also not too far from Attitash where we ski. Condo is very roomy and everything is all set up for you. The owner is very easy to reach and will accommodate all of your needs. Condo is clean and well-maintained and parking is very easy. Easy booking process and communication with owner. Price is very good too for this area, which is usually quite expensive. Would definitely recommend to a group of friends, families, whatever! Great time!

Summertime: Nearby you will find lakes and rivers for summertime swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Brand new inground pool is a very short walk. There is also an abundance of hiking trails and rock climbing areas. Driving distance to miniature and regular golf, water slides and the Attitash Alpine slide. The winter months offer cross country and alpine skiing, snowmobiling, snow tubing, dog sled rides and snowshoeing. During the fall come up to see the leaves change color. Come shopping at over 100 outlet stores within walking distance, or just to get away from it all in the spring. This condo is in the center of it all.

Ski: It is literally about five minutes from the door of the condo to Cranmore Mountain. Attitash is about twenty minutes away. Wildcat and Black Mountain are also within close driving distance. Loon and Shawnee Peak in lane are a reasonable drive of less than an hour. Pets of any type are never allowed due to consideration of people with allergies
