  • $2200 - 4100 depends on season. Disounts for mulitple months
  • All rates are subject to 10% State and County tax for rentals under 6 months. Please note- there is a 1 MONTH MINIMUM rental period., although we may be able to make 3+ weeks work. CANNOT do 1 week. (community rules) During season, arrival is after 3 pm and departure before 12 noon.

    $1000 security deposit due upon signing lease. Balance of rental is due 90 days prior to arrival. $100 one-time cleaning fee.
  • Credit cards accepted through PayPal ONLY. A 3% additional charge is levied for any PayPal payments.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN NAPLES! :)

If you have been looking for a gorgeous vacation home in Naples, close to everything....this is it! :) My family and I rented this home for 3 months while we were re-locating. This home is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully furnished, within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach ( the best beach in Naples in my opinion!) the Ritz Carlton, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, stores etc. The owners Meg and Tom have been so helpful, and truelly are amazing people. :) Meg has made sure that the home has everything that you would need for your stay......even bicycles! :) The community is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous,and everyone that we had met during our stay, were so incredibly friendly. It really is "a home away from home" . I had searched tons of homes and spoke to at least a dozen property owners,to find just the right home for my family and I, and let me just simply say..... stop looking, you have found it! :) Meg and Tom, thank you again for everything, and making us feel comfortable. :) Im so happy to have found you! :)

The Best Vacation!

We rented this wonderful home for three months. The location was perfect; the home was wonderful; the owners were gracious. It was a wonderful vacation for my husband and me. We could walk to the beach, the grocery store, the bank, the movies, many restaurants, and even the Ritz! We had guests there frequently and they all thought it was great! There was plenty of room for company both inside and outside. I was truly sorry to leave when our vacation was over. i would highly recommend this wonderful home. Beachwalk is truly a little gem in Naples, and this home is certainly one of the best! Meg and Tom, the owners, are great people.
