Enjoy huge, sandy beaches with anything from Frisbee throwing to swimming/surfing to fishing & riding the waves, day fishing trips on the North Star, fishing rod rentals, boat and wave runner rentals, magnificent sunsets, the famous 3 mile long Ocean City boardwalk - 200 shops, amusement rides & games, Great family fun, weekly bike and linen rentals - delivered and picked up at no charge! Airplane rides at OC Airport. New furniture, A/C, beautifully decorated w/ hand-painted wall murals throughout. Great for weekly family rental or romantic weekend getaways. 5 minute walk to 3 wonderful restaurants, water & 5 minutes to Boardwalk & beach. Rent our Dream home

Northern End of Ocean City, 201 Simpson ave. Very quiet area in the beginning of the Gardens. One block from the bay and fishing is great in the bay and ocean. Rental space for your boat available One block from the house. Large side yard with concrete patio with grill for parties and eating outside Shower outside for the cleaning up of feet and beach sand from your chairs. Lots of parking. You won't loose your spot when you go for dinner take out. Very quiet part of Ocean City. Lots in the Area are retired. We have one spot on the driveway for our car (yours) and lots on the street by the side and front doors. Not like closer to the ocean when you loose you spot every time you go out for ice cream or milk. Bring your laptop and enjoy the internet on our wireless connection

parking: We have private driveway in the rear. One car can park here and the balance in the street which is always open. 2 parking spots next to the fence are for the second floor unit.

Quiet Neighborhood: This is a quiet neighborhood and we only rent to families that will respect our neighbors. Most are retired. If you wnat noise you should rent by the ocean. This rental is for a rest with plenty of space. We have a large side lot with a grill for cooking outside and a table and chairs for eating outside on the patio. Enjoy being one block from the bay and the peace and quiet. Out side shower will let you clean off your feet and beach items. Washer and Dryer to clean up the kids clothes and bathing suits and towels.

Are you a fisherman: Boat slip is available a block to the bay. You can see the bay from the front porch. Catch the fish of the day and cook it on the grill and eat on the large glass table with chairs in the large side yard which most houses don't have. Bait shop is available a few block away on Bay ave.

Other Activities: Fishing one block to bay. Very Quiet part of North End of OC lots of parking ALWAYS
