Construction Season from April 15th- December 15th. This means units throughout the complex will be undergoing renovations as well as grounds improvement. The pool will be closed May 13th,14th & 15th

Crashing waves and amazing sunsets from this corner end unit with views of the Pacific Ocean from both lanais off of the living room and the master bedroom. Wake up in the morning to enjoy the ocean blue from the queen bed in the master bedroom, have coffee on the lanai off the living room and enjoy meals in the dining room surrounded by tropical views. This sunny condo allows you to feel close to the ocean everywhere you look. Stroll along the beautiful grounds to the courtyard with picnic tables, nearby spa and ocean side pool. This is the ideal destination for your honeymoon, family vacation, or relaxing get-away. Soak in the Hawaiian sun, while keeping an eye out for migrating whales and spinner dolphins.

We enjoyed our stay in Kona and would definitely stay in this condo again. The view was amazing. I agree that the carpet needs to be replaced. We had an issue with a broken fan. We contacted the rental company and it was promptly replaced with a new fan. The Sea Village grounds was very well kept.

Watch sunsets from both decks. Extra windows since it is a corner unit. BBQ just steps from the kitchen. We were a group of 6 and 3 bathrooms & 2 lanais was PERFECT! W/D, cooler, extra beach chairs, well appointed kitchen, 2 TV's, beach towels etc. We were feet from the ocean! Not on the parking lot at all and easy access to the pool. We have been to Sea Village 3 times now and this was by far the best condo set up! The property is very well kept, lush and beautiful. We would not stay anywhere else. We did the Royal Kona Luau (again) and it was a hit. We cooked a lot but ate out at Bubba Gump's and Huggo's. Lavern's is a great night life spot for karaoke and dancing. The daily market in town has wonderful fruits and veggies. We bought pineapples, avocados and coconuts. We like the 2 local beaches, Magic Sands for boogie boarding and the one further down (we called Turtle Beach) for snorkeling. Place of Refuge is a plus for snorkeling as well. Remember to purchase REAL Kona coffee as soon as you get in town! Our girls got Tattoos at Eastern Classic Tattoos by CW. Such a great location this condo is. Right where we wanted to be. We do not like time spent in the car. Straight to the beach and shopping for us! You cannot go wrong with this property and this condo! Mahalo!

Spent two weeks at unit 1101, you can't get closer to the ocean. This is a good apartment with lots of updates and it has several recent updates including kitchen appliances, utensils, dining room set and lanai furniture. The grounds are well maintained. This unit is on the main level and just steps from the pool area and barbeques. Courtesy parking is very close. We'd return to the same unit.

Unit #1101 - Sea Village (not recommended - see comments)

To start with, the threshhold is falling apart. The kitchen is in dire need of updating the cutlery is falling apart at the handles, cutting knives are all dull, dishwasher is rusted and prongs are broken, kitchen tap is falling apart, filter in frig needs cleaning, light bulb above stove is burnt out, kitchen tile is chipped, kitchen sink cannot be cleaned properly as finish is gone, and cabinet handles are corroded, trash bin under sink doesn't fit to allow cupboard doors to close, there are no bbq tools, placemats should be thrown out - soiled. There should be a salad spinner available. Curtains in living area have mold on the bottom. Furniture in living area is not comfortable and only one lamp. bathroom on main floor needs updating;master bdroom-bedding was not clean; blanket had stains. The MATTRESS needs replacing!!!!! this is intolerable!.Fan is noisy. Ensuite-shower is black in areas and cannot be cleaned; sink is loose - caulking gone;cabinets marked and peeling;shower head-water does not flow properly; taps are corroded. 2nd bedroom; fan was dirty as well as window blinds. taps corroded in this bathroom as well. Most of all, the mattress in the master bedroom NEEDS to be replaced. My husband has never had back problems but suffered the whole time he was here - got home and his back was fine again. there were ants trying to make their home but we managed to keep them at bay. I spoke to the resident manager but nothing was done and as we were handling it, I just got tired of it all and decided it was one more thing.There should be two keys available for a two bedroom unit, not one. We were very unhappy with this unit #1101 - Sea Village. I would not recommend it until all the deficiencies listed have been corrected.
