Great location but villa needs updates

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This villa is in a great location and you can't beat the ocean views. BUT the condition of the villa was disappointing. The shag carpeting upstairs is disgusting. It should be replaced immediately. The master bed mattress was uncomfortable and the ceiling fan needs to be replaced right away- it's louder than the waves crashing outside. Living room furniture is really heavy/hot and not great for a place without air conditioning. Overall, this villa could use a good cleaning, especially the kitchen. Looks like all it gets is a dusting and wipe down each time. Lanai furniture should be replaced. Some of it was dirty, rusted and ripped. I really wanted to like this villa based on its location, but it needs some updates and a good cleaning.
