Comfortable family ocean-front home overlooking the Atlantic on private Moody Beach. Spacious kitchen/dining area, comfortable living room, sunny enclosed porch with breath-taking beach views. 90 minutes north of Boston, five minutes from Ogunquit Beach area, five minutes to I-95. Visit the many fine area restaurants, attractions for families, amusements and shops nearby. Play hard or just relax and enjoy the rhythm of the surf. The beach is literally steps from the front door. Imagine a steaming cup of coffee while enjoying the spectacular sunrise which silhouettes the local lobster boats hauling traps in your view. Plan a day trip to the Kittery Outlet Malls (30 minutes south) or shop 24/7 at LL Bean in Freeport (45 minutes north). Visit area museums (Seashore Trolley museum - 30 minutes north) or amusement parks (Water Country-45 minutes south; Funtown/Splashtown USA-20 minutes north). Sorry - No Pets Allowed!

    9/25/10 – 10/09/10 = $1900.00 /week
    10/17/10 = $1600.00 /week

    **Beginning in 2011 the cleaning fee ($125.00 and Maine Lodging Tax will no longer be included in the rental rate. They will be added on.**

    June 4 - June 25 = $2,900/week
    June 25 - September 10 = $3,500/week
    September 10 - 17 = $3,100/week
    September 17-24 = $2,600/week
    September 24 - October 8 = $2,100/week
  • **All 2009 & 2010 rates include 7% Maine Sales/Lodging Tax and cleaning fee. Beginning in 2011 these items will be added on**

    A refundable security deposit of $200.00 will be added to each reservation. Security deposit will be returned after your departure provided there has been no damage to the property.

    Multiple week rentals DO NOT include cleaning and lawn service.
