Charming Key West style cottage with secluded garden pool on the desirable north end of the island. Beach access at the end of the block to one of the best and most private beaches on the island. Romantic, yet family friendly setting with 3 bedrooms, each of which has its own private bath. Large great room with a wall of French doors opening to a lush garden oasis. New stainless steel appliances and designer furnishings. Second floor master suite, king bed with Egyptian cotton linen and Jacuzzi tub. Three TVs and internet access. Walking distance to restaurants and the bay. This home is professionally managed to assure a trouble free stay. Owner was a member of the opening team of the San Francisco Ritz-Carlton Hotel and has an eye for detail and quality.     Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment in-full upon booking, reservation fee applies.

    Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to check in, cancellation fee of $100 applies to all reservations.

    Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will forfeit security deposit, unless unit is re-booked.

    Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival can rebook for the same unit within one year,
    NO refunds will be given unless unit is re-booked.

    Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds due to weather, hurricanes, red tide, and other acts of nature unless a mandatory
    evacuation of the island is required, but we will be happy to rebook for the same unit within one year.

Golf: While there is no golf on the island (public), the cities of Bradenton & Sarasota offer at least 8 courses @ various prices and skill levels all within a 1 hour drive of the north end of the island. Bradenton is the home of a IMG-- David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

charming beach cottage was exactly what I had in mind for a vacation. 3 bedrooms with an open floor plan and a pool in the middle of an island oasis of a backyard. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
