Romantic, yet family friendly setting with 3 bedrooms, each of which has its own private bath. Large great room with a wall of French doors opening to a lush garden oasis. New stainless steel appliances and designer furnishings. Second floor master suite, king bed with Egyptian cotton linen and Jacuzzi tub. Three TVs and internet access. Walking distance to restaurants and the bay. This home is professionally managed to assure a trouble free stay. Owner was a member of the opening team of the San Francisco Ritz-Carlton Hotel and has an eye for detail and quality.

    Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival can rebook for the same unit within one year,
    NO refunds will be given unless unit is re-booked.

    Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds due to weather, hurricanes, red tide, and other acts of nature unless a mandatory
    evacuation of the island is required, but we will be happy to rebook for the same unit within one year.

We are striving to provide a casually elegant cottage, that is visually appealing as well as comfortable without pretense. The location of the cottage @ the north end of Anna Maria Island lends to the relaxed atmosphere and tranquility that highlights a stay @ this special home.

Golf: While there is no golf on the island (public), the cities of Bradenton & Sarasota offer at least 8 courses @ various prices and skill levels all within a 1 hour drive of the north end of the island. Bradenton is the home of a IMG-- David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

charming beach cottage was exactly what I had in mind for a vacation. 3 bedrooms with an open floor plan and a pool in the middle of an island oasis of a backyard. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

My family returned from a vacation to AMI this past December. It was very difficult to leave this beautiful island...we even extended our stay by several days. We had the vacation of a lifetime, many thanks to this beautiful house that we rented. The owners & management company were a dream to work with before & during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated, has a nice open floor plan, many extras to use to venture to the beach, anything that you could possibly need in the kitchen, a gorgeous pool and landscaping. Anything that you could ever want is waiting for you at this rental property...& it is only a few minutes walk to several of the best beach accesses in the area. Thanks for the memories!!!
