I live in Austin and after visiting JH only once in the summer of 2010 fell in love with it! I rented in the Aspens the following summer, and bought my own unit 6 months later.
The Aspens is the ideal location, with all the amenities you need, the Calico restaurant just down the road is excellent, as well as many others, 2 miles from Teton Village, and you're out of the traffic in the town of Jackson. You can ride your bike right into Grand Teton Park. The bike trails continue to expand every summer, and there are miles and miles of flat terrain along with the hills.
This unit is in the Berry Patch which is in a quiet spot at the back of the Aspens. Almost no traffic, nicely secluded, and lots of moose grazing on the willows!
