  • Rates in US funds. We require 50% of the total amount due upfront to secure the rental along with a $300 refundable security deposit, and $85 cleaning fee. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, providing no damage has occurred or excessive cleaning is required. The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival. If cancellation occurs with less than a 30-day advance notice, the guest will loose 50% of the total amount. Checks or money orders are acceptable. Complimentary telephone service available to make local or long distance calls, as well as International call to over 61 Countries.

Notes: This Oceanfront Resort on Miami Beach’s millionaire row is best known for its intimacy and exclusivity. Guests can relax in either of the properties two pools and Jacuzzi's and enjoy al fresco dining and bar service provided at the pool bar. There is also gourmet dining on the premises at 'Shula's Famous Steakhouse,'. Valet parking and concierge service available all day. Room service and maid service are available for an extra charge. There is ocean access and chairs can be rented at the beach as can umbrellas. Two lagoon-shaped swimming pools are set into an acre of lush tropical gardens with a cascading waterfall as a backdrop, hot tubs, gym, and even a Spa. As well as, all resort services available. Activities available for an additional charge: volleyball, kayaking, snorkeling, banana boat rides and jet-skis. Or do nothing but soak up the sun on our sandy white beaches.

Spent a week in terrific condo in Miami Beach. Location is best part of all Miami Beach. Great pools (2), service (valet parking), very comfortable condo. Highly recommend.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE

We are so happy to have chosen this place to spend our vacation. the location was perfect (close enough to South Beach, but far enough to relax during the day). The condo was very pretty, lots of movies and games. My kids loved the Play Station. It gave my husband and I some alone time in the balcony to enjoy the view. I plan to recommend it to all my friends back home. Can't wait to go back next year.

This place was beautiful. From the balcony we could see the ocean and also a view of the Big Miami City. Nice weather, windy but warm. The pool was very nice and clean, a nice place to go and relax except for the drinks at the bar...very expensive. The staff at the hotel were very nice people. Millionaire`s row and Collin`s Avenue are a busy place, more than I thought it was.
The water at the beach was a little cool the first day we got there, but some days it was warmer. Nice !

Beautiful condo with great location

We just got back from staying at this particular condo for 1 week and we had a great time. The location is ideal (you can see the ocean and the beach from the balcony) and the condo itself is impeccably kept, bright with lots of natural light and included lots of little extras to make the guest's life easier. We have 3 little kids and having a crib and booster seat available in the condo was great for us. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, conveniently located place to vacation.
