This Lake Front Beach Resort Townhouse is located in Mallard Lakes. This townhouse is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a beautiful living room (that has a couch that pulls out to a Queen bed), and a 3-season porch. The living room also has available a TV, Cable, DVD, VHS player. Both bedrooms on second floor are also equipped with TVs. Two large pools, jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, dock, bar-b-que grills, picnic area, tot lot/playground, jog/walking paths, bike riding , fishing,crabing ,and more. Located across from Smitty McGee's and Harpoon Hannas. Ocean City's fine dining and night life is only 5 minutes away, mini-golf and go-karts just a 3-minute drive. Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole Golf Course. Rehoboth Outlet Stores 30 minutes away! Bike to famous lighthouse, beautiful wetlands, and bird sanctuary. Plenty to do.Great for Familys.

My family had a great time . and plenty to do .we have 2 children ages 11 and 6 they had a great time and we did as well . see ya next year

great place for the family or husband and wife relaxing

1 mile to oc md. coastal hwy and directly acrossc the street from smitty mcgees
and harpoon hanas rest.

I have stayed there a couple times and have been very impressed. The condo is in a key location and the property is nice and well taken care of. I have been to one of the two pools on a couple occasions and it is very nice. The actual condo is taken care of and has all necessities needed. I would definitely stay there again!
