About Eli Corbin, owner
Originally from North Florida, I have lived in Asheville full time for 17 years. I purchased this loft in 2007 thinking that I would share it with others as a vacation rental and eventually move in myself.
The loft is filled with my artwork, which I have on display, as well as for sale. My work can also be seen at firstname.lastname@example.org

Why Eli Corbin, owner chose Asheville
Asheville is such a vibrant and diverse city. It is small enough to walk to everything, yet large enough to have many choices regarding restaurants, clubs, galleries and shopping. I researched the market for a while before buying, but really liked the look, location and the fact that the parking deck is right across the street from the building. This loft is in the most central part of downtown.
What makes this condo unique
I love staying at the loft because it is so centrally located. When you walk out the door you are within walking distance to everything downtown. I've parked in the Rankin deck on Friday and not returned until Sunday. It is a great place to have friends over for drinks and then go out dancing, or to a movie at The Fine Arts, or catch a play at ACT, etc. It is also a great place to escape for some down time.
Guestbook comments from the owner
We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the loft. Number 1, talk about atmosphere! Great vibe and super comfortable. We had no issues and nothing comes to mind regarding any repairs. We will certainly keep the lofts in mind next time we visit Asheville.
