Charming Nantucket style home at The Stonebarn, walk to town and jetties beach...no need for a car. Large living area with cathedral ceiling, wood stove, french doors to patio. Hardwood floors throughout. The 3 bedrooms are nicely appointed with upscale linens. Kitchen with corian counters new dual fuel stove, stainless appliances plus every appliance that one should need. Just installed wireless and phone system that one doesn't have to use a charge card for calls within the US. New central AC. Nantucket transit at end of street. All of this for $4000. per week, best in Brant Pt.

Location, Location, Location!: this property is in the best location,! walk to town and to jetties beach, no need to have a car, it is also on the public trans line. It is part of the Stone Barn Homeowners Association, a private cobblestone drive to the property, located well back from the busy street. Quiet, peaceful surroundings yet close to action. Quiet end of culdesac location. It is all about the Location! This property is located on Stonebarn Way, and is a part of the Stonebarn Homeowners Assoc.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. It is a beautiful house, on a gorgeous street in the most perfect location! We had a great time at the beach, going shopping, taking walks, and eating way too much ice cream! We will definitely be re-booking for next year.

Our idyllic Nantucket vacation began here. I couldn't believe how lucky we were when we walked through the gate and up the walk! Such a beautiful setting complete with gorgeous hydrangea! The accommodations are bright, tasteful, and full of charm! You feel immediately welcome and yet transported at the same time. A perfect vacation feeling. As a group of 4 adults and 2 young children we were very comfortable. Spacious yard, patio, outdoor shower and dedicated parking spot added to the ease and convenience for us! We hope to come back again and again!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
