Centrally located- just minutes from Weirs Beach, NASCAR racing, Dog racing, Gunstock ski area, outlet mall, golf, Shaker Village, Water Slide, Funspot for all ages, Art galleries, Museums, antiques, Jetski rentals next door; Boat rentals at Winnisquam Marine. Fine restaurants, several grocery chains, miniature golf, craft shops, Meadowbrook concert area, and much more. Take a dinner cruise on the Mount Washington or a scenic train ride right from the Boardwalk at Weirs Beach. 20 minutes from NH International Speedway (NHIS) and Canterbury Shaker Village. 25 minutes from the state capitol, Concord NH. Day trips to the White Mountains.

Exit 20 off Interstate 93 North. Turn left go 3 miles and there you are.Cottage is across the street from Lake Winnisquam where there is a beach a dock to rent. Weirs Beach is 10 miles away, and Gunstock is 15 miles away. NH Motor Speedway is about 15 miles.Rent a boat at the marina or rent a jet ski next door. Good Bass Fishing as well as Fishing Derbys held on this lake.

Wooden ladder is needed to access a large loft carpeted, with 2 single beds, and bureau. Great views of the lake

Boat rentals on the lake, reasonable prices. Public boat ramp in Laconia near the old Martel's Bait Shop not open yet but should be open soon for the 2008 summer season.
