We are offering a lower rate for bookings made before June 1st! This beautiful, bright condo is located at 401 E. Aster Road in Wildwood Crest also known as the Aster Atlantic Condos. The building features an elevator, a pool, and garage parking, and it is within walking distance to the boardwalk, the park, convenience stores, and restaurants. The condo is one and a half blocks from a large beach with lifeguards, 6 blocks from the convention center and 5 blocks from the Wildwood boardwalk. No beach tags are required! The boardwalk features 3 piers with rides and water parks for all ages. The neighborhood also has miniature golf, family amusement center and arcades. Historic Cape May is only 6 miles away and Stone Harbor is less than 10 miles away. Both towns feature plenty of shopping, dining, and beaches.

Notes: This property is beautifully decorated located in a great area with many things to do for adults and children. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in; there is a microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Enjoy your day sitting on the balcony listening to the waves roll in on the beach. The only thing you will need to bring bed and bath linens, beach chairs, food and your family.

Security Deposit: A $250.00 security deposit is required 7 days after booking. It is fully refundable 20 days after your departure date so long as the following requirements are met: (1) No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear; (2) All trash and discards are placed in proper receptacles, soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned, and condo is left in clean ready-to-use condition; (3) All keys are returned according to instructions by owners; (4) All charges accrued during the stay are paid; (5) No bedding such as bedspreads, pillows, etc., or any of the contents of the condo are lost or damaged; (6) All decorations, appliances, remotes, and wall hangings remain in unit, in good condition; and/or (7) The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or local law enforcement.

description online should be updated - bedrooms actually have queen size beds not full as stated in description. we had to purchase sheets to fit. otherwise, property was well stocked with items in the kitchen, dishes, glasses, pots, silverware.. Really was in walking distance of the beach and boardwalk.
