House built and opened July 4, 2005, custom built home 20 feet above ocean, with large covered and non-covered deck, granite counter tops, cathedral ceiling, surround sound stereo ,including speakers on deck and upstairs porch, and new 34' flat screen cable tv. Direct access to beach with outdoor shower, parks 6 cars. 2K, 2Q, 4T (one bunk and one trundle). ceiling fans in all bedrooms and den. 3 tiled full baths, second story porch over deck, all new ss appliances and kitchen equipment, brazilian cherry hard wood floors on beautiful Folly Beach, South Carolina. Disabled access, with elevator. One great room with many views of ocean. Dining table accomodates 12. Beautiful pendent light fixtures and satin nickel chandeliers. Sleep den opens over great room. Den and master bedroom have dvd/vhs cable tvs. Three blocks from downtown folly on one way beach road. Rents weekly, monday through monday. Linen service available. Watch the porpoises and beach above the dunes from the deck.
