Just 3 miles from town, set well off West Side Road on 1 acre of land and surrounded by tall pines, this cozy, rustic-style chalet has all the comforts of home and is not far from the Saco River. The den, half bath and one bedroom (double bed) are on the ground level. The den is equipped with a full-size futon, Cable TV and DVD/VCR player. The upper level has an open concept floor plan which includes the a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and an open living room with fireplace. The Master bedroom (queen bed), the 'bunk room (3 sets of rustic style bunkbeds and the master bathroom are located on the lower level. The deck, at the rear of the house, has ample seating along with a gas grill. The shed stores firewood. Enjoy the seasonal views to Mt. Cranmore, which is only 5 miles away. This cabin is close to Echo Lake State Park, Cathedral Ledge and the Saco River.

My family just loves this chalet. It's perfect for family and friends. An open concept kitchen,liveing, dining room upstairs for the adults and another family room on the main level for the kids to do their thing! Plenty of sleeping room. Close to town, swimming, all the attractions etc.. It is always spotless and stocked. All you need is your clothes and sheets! We've been coming here for 23 years and will be back again and again.
Owner's Response: Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable place for our renters to rest their heads after a long day enjoying the MWV attractions.

Great Summer Getaway

We have been coming back to this chalet for the last 4 yrs. and just love it. The new kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The kids love the bunkroom and the den where they can watch TV or just chat with their friends. It is so close to everything, swimming, shopping and just relaxing.
We will be back next summer.

Rented this cabin for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. It was neat and clean both when we arrived and left. Small, but perfect for our family. The den is great for the kids to have their own space. So close to all area attractions.
We are coming back!
