This cottage is located 250 feet from a semi-private white sand beach that is lifeguard-supervised during the summer months. This home is available year-round with off-street parking for several vehicles. Kinney Shores is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood that is away from the hustle and bustle. The City of Portland, Maine is 15 minutes away, the City of Boston, Massachusetts is 1 hour and 30 minutes by train.

This area offers amusement parks, miniature golf, shuffleboard, and the City of Portland offers much night life.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to the beach and was perfect for our family. I would like to suggest that the tall fence be continued around the property so that it would help out with the families with little ones. The location provided easy access to many attractions such as the zoo and the water park. The house had a home touch to it. The property owner was very nice and was very accomodating. I would strongly suggest this rental property to others.

Feels like home, without the stress! We walked on the beach, just seconds away, for a relaxing time. Teenagers could take a walk to Ocean Park for ice cream and shuffleboard; or a long walk/quick ride to Old Orchard Beach Amusement Park - fun evening of fried dough, rides & games for the whole family! Pirates Cove mini-golf was one of our favorites! This house has two bathrooms which is a great plus and what I would call a "Kid's Room" the one with the bunkbed - the kids hung out in there! The sunroom is a great place to get into a good book. Anyway we really enjoyed staying here.
