Awesome, recently renovated end unit with spacious layout and stunning views. Making/a great place for coming together with friends and family to enjoy the unique views of the Gulf of Mexico, sound/bay and and the Santa Rosa Island to the east, including beautiful sunrises seen from the breakfast nook or the gulf front patio. It is the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee and magical time when Nature unfolds its splendor.

Navarre Beach has perfect, clean, sparkling white sand, emerald green waters and the
longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico!

This wonderful condo was recently updated with beautifully tiled kitchen, modern light
fixtures and ceiling fans, interior paint, all new area rugs and bedding. All bedrooms
have new, 50” and 42” wall mounted flat screen TVs.

The owners of this unit have put your comfort as their highest priority. The unit is fully
furnished and tastefully decorated, and is in pristine condition.

The balcony has comfortable set of Polywood furniture, plenty of seating to appreciate
the gulf front view, and observe dolphins swimming just offshore.

The unit also includes custom made light blocking drapes (huge upgrade) and shutters,
and has a fully equipped kitchen featuring a KitchenAid mixer and large butcher’s block
cutting board.

Fantastic condo with amazing views

This is a spacious condo with beautiful views from every room. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom and balcony. We watched dolphins in both the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, fishing pier, and restaurants. We all really enjoyed our stay! We will be back.

This unit exceptional! It was super clean & well maintained. The furnishings were in excellent condition and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. I do not have one negative thing to say about this unit or the entire property! 10 out of 10!

Great condo

We had an amazing stay here! The property is even better than described! Communication was very good and our minor problem with a sheet quickly fixed! Can't wait to stay here again!
